Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns and exchanges on eligible* items are accepted within 30 days of purchase with original receipt or gift receipt and issued a STORE CREDIT ONLY. Returns or exchanges without a receipt will be issued a store credit at the lowest price of the item(s) being returned in the past 30 days.
Store credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date.
*Ineligible items include: permanent markdowns, seasonal merchandise, special orders, and Derby hats.
How do I return or exchange my item(s)?
In Store: Stop by our boutique and we’ll be happy to exchange your items or issue a store credit.
By Mail: For returns, send us the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll issue the store credit for the purchase price of the item(s). We will email you a receipt, however we currently do not have the capability to allow the credit to be used as payment online. If you would like to use a store credit for an online order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

How long does it take to receive a merchandise credit for online returns?
Confirmation of store credit will be emailed to you in 2-3 business days from the day we receive the original item. We also maintain store credit information on our in-house system.
